Unicorn Camp 2024

Unicorn Camp 2024 June 17-19 9a-2p

This fun imaginative mini summer camp is designed to help the the "new to camp" kiddo transition. Based on the Reggio Amillio teaching theory practiced in the Goddard School, this camp is designed specifically to be full of play time and expression. Horses are an element to this camp, but not a focus. Campers will get a day of riding a W.A unicorn, daily unicorn crafts, hay rides, and plenty of free-play on our playground. 

Camp Agenda is as follows:

9A- Drop-off and free-play

9:15-10:15 UNICORN activities with the W.A lesson horses

10:15- A.M snack 

10:30- Hay Ride

11A-12P- Free-play on our Playground

12-1 Lunch

1-2 Unicorn/Fairytale crafts

2P- Pick-up

These mini-weeks help campers build on social skills like cooperation and communication. Unicorns, crafts, & toys encourage campers to practice both gross and fine motor skills while exercising their critical thinking and empathy.  Digital portfolios are also offered at $20 each highlighting each camper's individual experience. These make fantastic keep-sake's! Parents simply bring us a flash drive no later than Tuesday at drop-off and $20. Drives typically go home with 20-50 digital images of each camper exploring, smiling, and playing.
